Owen Wilson surprised fans at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami by making an unexpected appearance during Travis Scott’s performance on Sunday night.
Despite the rain, the actor took the stage ahead of Scott’s rendition of his 2023 track Fein. In videos shared online, Wilson and Scott are seen exchanging words before Wilson grabs the mic and enthusiastically shouts to the crowd, “I’m feining for more!” He stayed onstage, vibing along to the music and adding to the energy of the set.
Scott later shared a video of Wilson’s cameo on his Instagram Story, captioning it, “Made mi day.”
A Comedy Connection
Wilson’s presence at the hip-hop festival might not be as random as it seems. Just a day earlier, news broke that he’s starring in a new comedy inspired by Rolling Loud. Appropriately titled Rolling Loud, the movie centers on a father (played by Wilson) who sneaks his 13-year-old son into the festival, leading to a series of chaotic and comedic events. Production for the film reportedly began in Miami over the weekend, aligning with the festival’s 10th-anniversary celebration.
Rolling Loud Turns 10
Founded by Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, Rolling Loud has become a cornerstone of the hip-hop festival circuit. This year’s lineup was stacked with performances by major artists, including Playboi Carti, Future, Lil Baby, Don Toliver, Metro Boomin, Yeat, Lil Yachty, Tyga, Rick Ross, and more, with Wilson’s unexpected cameo adding a unique twist to the weekend.
Whether promoting his new movie or simply soaking in the vibes, Wilson’s appearance brought an extra spark to an already electrifying festival.
